From Farm to Table

In a quest to deliver what we believe to the best Lincolnshire style sausage currently available in Thailand today, we continue to improve upon each stage of our process. Beginning with the sourcing of produce and ending with customer satisfaction.

We source our pork from independent farms, insisting on a high-welfare approach to breeding and care of the pigs. Only the finest cuts make the grade as we refuse to compromise on quality. Home baked rusk provides the binding agent, drastically reducing the loss of liquid during the cooking process. This avoids the shriveled and limp look often found with low grade sausages.
