There is no better smell than the scent of thick-cut bacon cooking away in a pan. The anticipation of a bacon butty forthcoming in a soft bread roll, smothered with your choice of brown or red sauce, is a memory deeply ingrained from childhood.
Here at Yorkshire Bacon Thailand we select only the finest cuts of high-welfare pork to produce our special unsmoked British style back-bacon. Dry cured with decades of butchery expertise, our sides of back-bacon are hung and air dried for a week before slicing.
Our quality control standards dictates that we cut each slice to a measured generous thickness to delivery a meaty eating experience with each bite.
Cured and cooked to perfection
With a quality curing process and dry aged treatment, our bacon loses very little moisture during the cooking process. This produces a wonderful texture, turning amazingly crisp in the pan. With just the right amount of fat, our bacon delivers an intense and memorable flavour.
Cooked under a grill, broiler on fried in a cast iron pan, each slice of bacon maintains it’s shape as it releases an aroma to die for. Whether eaten in a sandwich or served as part of a full-English breakfast, we are confident that our bacon will be amongst the best you have ever tried.
